The change I'm making in my own practice, and trying to advocate for with the teams I work with (as a freelancer) is to strive to always work anti-racist and anti-ableist ways. For me specifically, my world would be a much more comfortable and satisfying one - one where I don't feel constantly compromised about my commitments or unhappy about the harm that I am part of perpetuating despite my best efforts.
